In light of the whole New Year and resolutions and such, I thought I'd share this poem with you. It seems that alot of times resolutions are about losing weight and exercising and such. This poem has to do with that stuff. It was written by Shel Silverstein, who though kind of creepy looking is actually a quite humorous author. Just google him. Anyway here's that poem:
